CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW POLICY
Your business is greatly appreciated! To ensure the best and timely service for all YGTL Spa guests, please be advised of the following:
Cancellation/Rescheduling - 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Last minute cancellations or rescheduling may result in a fee of 50% of the service rate. Exceptions may be made for contagious illnesses and extreme emergencies.
No Call No Show - will result in a fee of 100% of the service rate. In addition, future appointments will require prepayment for the service.
Tardiness - if you arrive after your scheduled time, it may not be possible to extend the time allotted for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to late arrival, you may be charged for the full cost of the service.

Michelle specializes in Brazilian waxing and intimate skin care. She also provides relaxing, corrective and relaxing skin treatments for acne, age-management, and dark spots using cruelty-free products and advanced modalities that are results-driven.
"My wax guests think that they are coming in just for hair removal. However, like my facial guests, they leave having learned how to care for their newly exposed skin and why it's important for optimal skin health."
As a skin care specialist, Michelle not only brings results in the form of healther skin, she loves to educate her guests on how to maintain it.
